MAN Scorch Dosing
started MAN scorch a couple days ago. I have been taking 2 pills twice a day just to get used to it. my question is, what would be the best dosing? the bottle says 3 caps twice daily and i was wondering if i could do 2 caps three times daily. anybody have any insight?
