    its on bb.com if you just type in Resveratrol but it is just a study about Resveratrol (we already know what it does). Supposedly from what I read. Trans is the active extract it has a better bio-availability then just plain Resveratrol. Now my question is: Is NOW FODDS Resveratrol trans-Resveratrol?

    From what I understand, unless the label states cis-res, then it is safe to assume that you're getting trans-res.

    Trans-res is more stable than cis-res, and thus is the more desirable of the two.
