so all these products help your body take up carbs to the muscle right? will they produce the same results? can i a take 2 of these to together(1st 3rd 5th meal with one product and 2nd 4th and 6th meal with another). is one bettr then the others? thanks
Seems to be similar as far as glucose regulation etc. ALA increases your muscles uptake of glycogen and similar with Chromium but picolinate is the old version. You want the new version. ALA is not a thermogenic but seems to appear to contribute to body composition change due to a nutrient partitioning effect where nutrients are channeled more to lean tissue and away from fat tissue.
