Hi,
Im currently at 5'10 and 65kg and skinny. im about to start bulking big time by swallowing 3500 cals a day at least.

Anyway would xfactor be a good product for me to use for 8 weeks?

Obviously i dont want to lose any fat as i need all i can get but would like to gain weight especially muscle.

Your just starting off, you don't need to be worrying about supplementing anything since you just started using the most anabolic tool you could, a solid nutritional plan. Give it a few months then look into X-Factor (which is a high quality supplement). Just wait until it will actually be a good time to use it (because your beginner gains will be pronounced regardless if you use X-Factor)

I agree with OCC. It is a great supplement but your gains will be extremely impressive if you start off with a good diet and nutrition plan. I recommend that you wait til you hit a plateau before jumping in this supplement. Let me know if you need help with anything!

To bulk up you need to eat right, which includes lot of healthy fats. X-Factor users have to watch their fat, specially Omega 3. Right now you dont need to worry about supplements. Just keep eating away right and you should be good.

X-Factors restrictions on Omegas and EFAs has been loosened and even encourages use to a certain degree because of some noted synergy between the two as opposed to purely competition.
