Homeopathic HGH - Experiences

Any tried a good HGH supplement? i've heard of humagro and another one called resveratropin, which some guy at the gym said is for old people but he takes it for bodybuilding anyway. i think the difference is that one is a pill and the other is a spray, but i don't know which is which.

if anyone has advice on which of these two i should take, let me know. thanks.
