In about a month I will be heading out for a training school, 6-weeks in duration, and I'm attempting to draw together a immune boosting stack to run in the final weeks before departure. I trained at the same location last summer, and the combination of PT and individuals from all over America left just about everyone with a nasty cold right in the midst of training.

Although getting sick is likely unevitable, I'm planning on running a cleansing/immune boosting stack which will hopefully lessen the chance. I've already picked out a few things... any recommendations?
