For one...I have 3 letters for you....! Stock up on that for sure....this will help keep your weight in check. Basics obviously...multi-V, EFA's, protein...another smart move would be maybe stocking up on bottled water as you do not know for sure the quality of the water over there. Water is key definitely. Beyond that...if you will not be training on a regular basis I would suggest maybe getting some Lipotrophin-PM...it will help with sleep, recovery, and loss of fat. Lipo-PM is an effective product for a great price that can be used as a non-stimulant fat burner, or as a sleep aid+night time fat burner.
Some other extras to maybe look into...
, , (the original will do just fine, but when the new formula comes out I suggest jumping on it if you get a chance). These are for carb control so if your taking +one of these three you will be able to have a solid handle on damage control. There are others I could mention, but I'm pretty sure you catch gist of everything I have said.
