NOW Foods Relora underfilled caps

I just bought a bottle not too long and my caps are underfilled. It is harder to tell because of the hazy clear veggie caps, but I grabbed a few and you can tell they are not fully from the capsule being spotty and easy to press inward. I didn't count the pills as I already started taking it so I'd have no idea if they are the correct number of pills.


This makes the 3rd underfilled product.

Damn cos mine just arrived in the mail yesterday. Bottle was filled to the brim though.

check the caps. see if they are full or if i just had bad luck again.

Volume and weight are different. They do not fill capsules necessarily to volume, only to weight.

If they are 500mg caps and , for whatever reason, the encapsulators get that 500mg by being 1/10cc off from the capacity of the capsule, then it will appear underfilled when it isn't.

10 of my caps weight 6.45g. They look almost completely full. Let me know how that stacks up to yours.
They're only supposed to be 300mg per cap, so I'm not sure if there's just alot of filler or what.

another thing to consider is sometimes the particles can settle, leaving room in the capsule.

this is common with a lot of capped products.

yeah mate their pretty much chock-a-block.

Ashwaganda is same thing, if not even more full.
