i do hope your putting that in something. bulk bcaa test to taste like ass. I usually do 5 scoops of xtend and drink that throughout the entire workout.

1 heaping tablespoon is right around/at 5 grams of bcaa at the 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine:Isoleucine:valine
Reasoning: if 1/4 teaspoon is 400mg (says this on the label) and 1 tsp is 1.6 grams, 3 tsp (or 1 tablespoon) is 4.8 grams of BCAA. Make it a heaping tbsp and your good to go.
Second Cellar though. By itself it tastes god awful. 3 scoops Xtend and 3 scoops Bulk BCAA = cash money.

I use 15 grams before I train, 10 grams during my training and 15 grams postworkout! Giving 40 grams total around workout time....BCAA's are probably the best supp I've used, very anabolic! Research has been done that proves 40 grams around workout is ideal!
BCAA's are a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine. Its also been proven that you can benefit further if this ratio is 4:1:1, so if you can, get some extra Leucine powder and add it to the BCAA when you take them. Quanity wise this works out to Leucine being half the amount of the BCAA quantity!
So for example:
5g BCAA requires 2.5g of extra Leucine to create a 4:1:1 ratio.

Where have you seen this 4:1:1 ratio?
Given that nutraplanet's BCAA is in the 2:1:1 ratio I would focus on leucine content. If you take 10 grams of powder you will be getting 5 grams of leucine. Taking this both pre and post you will total 10g of leucine which should be more than sufficient.

Nobody makes a 4:1:1 blend. However you can easily buy bulk Leucine and add it to your BCAAs to make it a 4:1:1 blend

Bulk Leucine Real men buy by the kilo ! http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/n...ne-1-kilo.html
Just kidding, but on a serious note you can even go straight Leucine, since that is the A.A. that triggers the mtor. I personally dose about 3-5g of leucine with all my meals throughout the day.
