Water ..

because the eight 8oz glasses is the recommended intake for average americans. People working out, trying to bulk or cut should be drinking more. 8 8oz classes is half a gallon.

I have never really seen a water recommendation on anything besides creatine. Water is vital in many metabolic processes so its just smart in general to keep your water intake high.

and besides, if you get too much water (to a point) you just piss it out! I get at least 1.5 gallons a day (i stop counting after that).

today i drank around 80oz of water in 8hrs at work .. and i went to the restroom around 4-5times lol

might keep it up, atleast gives a break from work lol

at what point do you have to start worrying about electrolite levels though? (especially if you're training = sweating)

I'm drinking around 2.5 gallons a day and I feel great. I'm drinking 6-7 of those 1.5 liter FIJI water bottles. It makes me go like every 30 min though :( lol.

Dude Fiji is so expensive. Buy a Brita and refill and spend the money on some protein powder.

I severely lack in the h2O department, then. I probably drink less than a quarter gallon/day. Then again, fruit juices and soda contain a good amount of water, so perhaps I'm selling myself short.

Thats exactly what I do lol. I have 2 huge FIJI bottles and fill them with the Brita. After one is done, I fill it up and take the other one.

Gotcha. I thought you were buying new ones every time. I personally just go with the gallon sized waters and refill those bad boys. Or if I'm in pubic those 1.5 liter poland spring ones.

I use the Gallon jugs sometimes. I get a lot of----> though with those so now I just roll with the 1.5 liter bottles.

I take a gallon jug of water with me to work everyday. People always ask me, "Are you really going to drink all that water?". Its funny to see the look on their faces when I reply with a yes. I couldn't live without my water. I love it.
