Guys, should creatine mono be cycled or can it be taken continuously???

I like to cycle every product I take at least for a little bit. After 8 weeks of continuous use I will take a 2-3 week break.

same here. Give your body a break and reintroduce it. youll be surprised how your body reacts when your on it agian. Going on a hormone such as epistane for 3 months will not yeild the same results as 3 1 month epi runs spread out over the course of a year or two. Let your body recover and adapt and your body will thank you for it and youll be happy as well

Whether you cycle or not depends on the amount you consume. Without doing any type of loading, the average user doing 3gr of creatine monohydrate daily does not need to cycle.
