Pump Pak and Stak?

Right now Im taking animal pump and stak...is it needed to add Pak? or should I stop taking stak and add the pak.

I like to rhyme...

I don't think all 3 are necessary, but you must have a multivitamin. I've been taking Animal Pak for a little over a week now and I love it.

I am an animal guy myself. I use pak everyday as should most anyone looking for a solid multi. I have used stak and pump, but was not a lover of pump. Stak is a great product, certainly a nice stack between pak and stak. Damn all the rhyming
