yeah, i had to pick some up at costco since NP was out.

sucks though because NPs 1000 caps (180 mg EPA/120 mg DHA) is such a screaming deal!

Costco's Kirkland's is equal in quality and cost.

Only 2 problems with that are

1) I don't really want to spend 60 bucks to sign up
2) There isn't one very close to me.

It may come down to that, though and I wont have a choice.

Do you happen to know anybody that has a membership? Just ask them to pick you up some. Or what I've done is I go in (just walk to the returns counter), then go into the store and bring something to the checkout and just pay somebody in line in cash. It's what I've done when I ran out of egg whites and didn't have a Costco card. I wish I could give you an ETA on the fish oil but don't have that info yet, sorry!

I buy the cheapie brand from Walmart and get 400 of the 1200mg caps for $11.83. Not bad.

Flax oil gives you Omega-3 Precursors (Linolenic Acid) that need to be converted by your body into DHA and EPA. It is more efficient to just get your DHA and EPA from fish oil.
isn't there also extra benefits for the heart from taking fish oil that flax doesn't give u?
