Hormonal Screening for drive/rpm/anabolic diet

I'm going to the doctors tommorrow to get a hormonal screening test done. What should I tell the doctor to do? When I set up my appointment w/the secretary she just said "Which hormones do you want tested?" Should I just tell them test all of them? Is there a certain name to the test? I'm male 21. My appointment is tm morning at 8am eastern time. I need responses asap! Thanks a lot. Also i'm getting my cholesterol checked. Any specific things I should request the doc to check for cholesterol?

Search under bloodwork and liver values or liver function and you will see what others have posted as well as see what kind of things showed up that may have been a concern for others.
