too much?

I am 18 and currently 150. My goal is to bulk up as much as possible.

I been reading a lot of the reviews for supps. I was wondering if this would be a good stack or over kill on my liver rpm/drive/xfactor with xtend for afterwork outs, superpump 250, serious mass protein, and kre-alkyene?

Also what is ragnok. i heard good reviews on it? is it creatine and can i use it instead of kre-alkyene and super pump 250.

Man your a buck 50 and you are worrying about liver toxicity with RPM/Drive/X Factor. I don't want to sound harsh or that I am putting you down because I am not, but in all honesty you don't need any of that.

Formulate a nutritional plan and workout plan and you will grow. In fact the results you will obtain from eating right and training right will be identical to those if you add in those supplements at this point so you would be throwing away money. People may disagree and and say "supplements will only accelerate his gains" but believe me enjoy the time when you can grow the same as if you were on steroids with nothing but quality food.

My sentiments as well. Personally i think you need to research if you are asking a ? about liver toxicity with that stack...good luck with whatever you choose to do though
 
Agree with everyone else on this man..

If your thinking about liver problems with this stuff then just stick with the basics. And how tall are you? Cuz unless your short like me then 150 all you need is the basics.

Too many supplements, specially for your age. For your age I would recommend:

Creatine supplement(SizeOn, Clout, Green Magnitude etc)
BCAA(Xtend, Purple Wraath)
Whey & Casein Proteins
Fish Oil and Multivitamins.

If you want to add some more supplement then pick Beta Alanine. Anything else would be overkill and might even work against your system at such a young age. Keep it simple(and save your money)

cool thanks! um so instead of my kre-aklyene i should go with SizeOn, Clout, Green Magnitude? which one is best for bulking up?

also how about like after work out supplement like torrent? what is a good multi brand? preferably already contains fish oil if possible
