Trying to make a custom pre/during workout drank to sip on...
Any of these worth including?:
Rosea (what if Im already taking an adaptogenic complex for Adrenal fatigue?)
(wouldnt stacking Carnosine and BA make sense? or is it not required?)
any others you can think of? (no creatine or NO)
Im thinking of mixing these elements up for pre/during workout then chugging a second mix post-workout (since BA needs 6g dosing/day)
