Anyone know how much AA is in each cap of Hemo? I'm currently running 4 caps a day of X-Factor, so that gets you 1 gram of AA.

I'm considering switching out to Hemo for the second month, but I'd want to be sure I was still getting 1 gram per day of AA.

See, that's why I'm kind of iffy on the proprietary blends. Could be 10 mg. for all we know. I'm much more interested in the AA than the arginine or pump effects it might impart. Maybe a rep can confirm the amount.

Its not a significant amount to cause inflammation for the purpose of muscle building. We're pretty up front about that. It is a pump and endurance product. We have never marketed it as anything else. If you are looking for an AA product, you are best off taking X-Factor and stacking one of the many proprietary blended products available. Some users have found that X-Factor works best when dosed a bit higher than the recommendations.

Thanks for the quick and complete answer. I wanted to confirm this before I bought it, thinking it was maybe a replacement for XF.
