if i were you instead of taking zma i would take millenium sports tech zmk its a much better product than just zma imo

I'm currently taking the ZMK, I like it a lot. I've had some crazy dreams tho and once I woke up at 3 AM and started to get ready for the day because I thought it was 6. Haha that days was rough after that.
Easy, would it make sense to continue the ZMK I'm gonna be running IGF-2 in about a week and a half and I know that has sleep-aid qualities.

ZMK's P5P is what sold me. I so wish nutraplanet would carry raw P5P. It'd be so much more convenient.
