Probably bought crap on the internet, oral test and anadrol topical. Most people said it is a waste. Can someone tell me good products to use for moderate muscle gains and burning fat. Thanks

I have never heard of the stuff you bought off the net, so I don't know if its good or not.

First things first, how old are you, and how long have you been training? What does your current training regimine and diet look like?

Supplements are good, and we love em here at AM, but they are only good once our nutrition and training are in check. Without good training and nutrition supplements are a waste of money.

Age and diet must be disclosed, as Dadof2 mentioned.

Most likely crap if they're calling these products "steroids" and you bought it off the net. There's a presale right now on nutraplanet.com for recreate, an evidently top-notch fat burner, and a very reliable burner called Leviathan Reloaded from Palo Alto Labs.

Moderate muscle mass...there's just a ton of things; testosterone, protein, creatine, what are you asking about?
