ok so i was going to start my drive/rpm/x-factor stack today but i wont be able to make it to the gym and realized something.....idk exactly how to take this all together......do i take all of them at the same time this morning...or do i space them out a bit? i know you split between two parts of the day.
my next question is.....alot of times i have to work out around 11 in the morning......so would it be okay to take my frist dosage of this stack at around 6 or 7 in the morning and then again at 10 for my pre-workout.....or should i hold off take it as pre-workout and post-workout?
