This was my first day on AP, I took one cap in the morning and ate a cup of oats with 50g whey and a banana. I took a cap pre-workout meal and ate another 50g whey and a plain bagel, and another post-workout meal with just a whole wheat bagel and 2 slices white bread. I didn't feel a pump at all (I did leg presses and squats)... I'm not writing the product off by any means but is there a reason for this?
I took a about 20 minutes before the morning and pre-workout meal. Could that affect the pump?
