i take it as recommended

now liver detox - 3/day (@ 300mg Milk Thistle per pill), so 900mg Milk Thistle/day

I take 500mg year round (250 am, 250pm). And take 1500 during a cycle.

you guys taking it with food? also ive heard not to take close to supps that break down in the liver, makes it hard to fit it in if doing divided doses with food. great product just inconvenient to get it in.

I take 2000mg milk thistle 2 weeks before the cycle, then switch to 400mg SAM-e while on cycle. Afterward, I go back to 2000mg thistle.

the majority of liver protect products say that we should take them at meals, I believe its important to clarify this question...
