Well the manual should have cleared up the dosing of AP but this is what I would do.
First off I was a little thrown off by your questions and p-slin is to be only taken once a day prior to working out. AP can be taken throughout the day prior to carb containing meals.
Personally I would say drop the WMS and try and take is some whole food complex carb sources (not saying you can't use the WMS without results, but you said yourself you don't really like/know how to dose it so that is what I would do.)
Now dosing since your working out in the afternoon (also I am assuming these meals contain the correct amount of carbs)
1 AP 15 minuets before your breakfast at 7:00 am.
1 AP 15 minuets before your mid day meal (12:00 pm maybe?)
1:30 minutes before training and 15-20 minuets before pre-workout meal 1 P-Slin: **now 15-20 minutes later 80-120 grams of a carb mixture that works for you. Now you said you don;t like taking in large amounts of food pre workout but p-slin requires this as far as carb amount. You will be eating a good time in advance to training so this should work out.
Directly after training: 1 AP. 15-20 minutes later post workout meal.
