Everyone has different opinions on what are MUST have supplements for muscle building and fat loss and what brand, etc. Obviously, there is a huge price range of products out there. Throw money out of the equation....

What is your MUST have list?
Natural supplements? (proteins, multi-vits, creatine, amino acids, etc)
Non-natural/prohomones/etc?

FOOD is most important and wins over any and all supplements.

But since ur talking about supps, i would say whey protein and bcaa's are key and a must-have

As much as i love somethings i can't say they are a MUST have. The closest thing to that would be my Fish oil, Poseidon, and Anabolic Pump, beta alanine, and BCAA(or something like IA preferably) Don't even really need much else

Whey
Fish Oil
Anabolic Pump
BCAA's

... and Beta Alanine isn't "must have" per se but it's so cost efficient that there's no reason not to be using it.

I wouldn't agree with you on the caffeine (although it's a matter of opinion), although it does recruit more muscle fibers into the muscle contraction...

How do you use the caffeine? Everyday? Just before workouts?

My staples:
1. MVP-365
2. ZMK
3. DL-Phenylalanine
4. Tyrosine and Kelp (yielding 200mcg iodine)
5. Vitamin B1
6. Omega 3 fish oil

The stack I will most likely be using for long term (along with the staples) is:
1. Ragnarok (caffeine-free)
2. Carnage
3. Cordygen 5
4. Stoked
5. Somnidren GH
6. Oryx Goat Whey

my joints are not like they were on cissus either, so I may add a cissus product like Incarnate... additional beta alanine and cissus at a lower price than just high grade cissus.

I decided to let it go... It definitely helped out, however, my anti-depressant I'd been on for a while before (which actually lost it's effectiveness) was starting to make me even more drowsy... The Relora is good for a relaxed state, but not 'sedated' persay... I would rather stay away from anything until I have an overly stressful period again. Relora is definitely nice though.

Relora seemed to increase my social anxiety. Sadly :(
