how would i dose these 3 for preworkout? meals, timing, etc.
im thinking an hour out, take drive, rpm at 3/3
then 15 mins after that take AP
then 15-20 mins after that have my preworkout meal.
suggestions? i havent gotten my AP yet to try this so im just curious so i know what i should try first when i do get it.
