rpm/drive/anabolic pump

    rpm/drive/anabolic pump


    how would i dose these 3 for preworkout? meals, timing, etc.

    im thinking an hour out, take drive, rpm at 3/3
    then 15 mins after that take AP
    then 15-20 mins after that have my preworkout meal.

    suggestions? i havent gotten my AP yet to try this so im just curious so i know what i should try first when i do get it.

    Your plan is good to start off with. See if that works for you first. However, what I would suggest is that you take RPM/DRIVE...1 hour 30 minutes prior to your workout, then take AP a half hour after RPM/DRIVE and wait your 15 mins before consuming your pre-workout meal...this way you avoid any absorption issues with RPM/DRIVE as it would mean you would have taken both 45 mins prior to any food. In my experience this is what has worked best and what I recommend to most people.

    Now if your worried about the RPM/DRIVE effects not doing their job because of taking them so far out from your workout than you could always get ballsy and empty the powder out of the caps and take the powder straight a half hour before working out..., but it is not something I would recommend ....the powder is downright horrid to try to take down straight, but if you can tolerate it the effects are quite awesome in the gym!

    You got to do what works for you bud. Everyone is different. Try your strategy for a few days and then maybe try my strategy and then see what works better for you. When you figure out which strategy works better stick with it. It really is a game of trial and error. Either way good luck and get back at me if I can be of any further assistance!

    good response boz

    my concern that i see is the food lessening the effects of rpm and drive.

    im not spun up on ap too much but why not save ap for post workout meal

    How do you usually eat pre workout? What time is the pre workout meal. Whats in the preworkout meal? what time do you workout?

    usually a couple of turkey burger patties and some oatmeal, or chicken breast and whole grain pasta. or sometimes just some whey and oatmeal. no matter what, its usually about 30-40g protein, and then 40-50 complex carbs

    my workout times are never really set in stone. usually around 6 or 7, or late like 9 or 10. but my meal is always about 25-30 minutes before my workout. im able to workout normally when food is my stomach so sometimes ive even had a meal or shake as close to 15 minutes before.
