I am an old school lifter/bodybuilder, who is just now getting back into the game after a very long lay off. I know when creatine was first developed, many sources recommended that you cycle it one month on and one month off. Is that still the case? For that matter, are there any recommendations for cycling nitric oxide. Should these two supplements be :clean:taken together, or would it be a good idea to use creatine for one month and nitric oxide for one month. Any suggestions would be appreciated...
