| Registered User | Cycling Creatine and Nitric Oxide I am an old school lifter/bodybuilder, who is just now getting back into the game after a very long lay off. I know when creatine was first developed, many sources recommended that you cycle it one month on and one month off. Is that still the case? For that matter, are there any recommendations for cycling nitric oxide. Should these two supplements be taken together, or would it be a good idea to use creatine for one month and nitric oxide for one month. Any suggestions would be appreciated... |

| Registered User | you can take them together. i tend to do 8-12 weeks on and 2-4 weeks off. you build up a tolerance to the no boosters and need to cycle them because of this |

| Registered User | ALR Wtf Pump is a pretty good Stim. has low amounts of Caff. compared to the "leading" brands like No-Explode. So you wont crash or have any negative side effects. I have found Red Bull to be my favorite however It gives you Wiiiings |
