got terri:donut:ble wind!! and bloating, i use usn 100% whey and creatine ethel ester, any ideas why, anyone else using the same supplements as me??. please help her in doors is about to kill me if this wind problem isn't sorted soon

You probably upped your protein intake too quickly. Taking more fiber than you're used to will do that as well :gas:
