    got terrable wind!! and bloating


    got terri:donut:ble wind!! and bloating, i use usn 100% whey and creatine ethel ester, any ideas why, anyone else using the same supplements as me??. please help her in doors is about to kill me if this wind problem isn't sorted soon

    Gut Health for sure (or any other probiotic). Whey and creatine will make you gassy, no surprise there.

    To much protein to quick will cause that problem the gut health is a great idea.
