On the am if she is under 100lbs 1 cap upon waking up and 1 cap early afternoon.
100lbs to 200lbs 2 caps same times.
200+ 3 caps at the same times.
Always start slow so she can judge it affects then build up to recommended doses if all is well.
on the pm same dosages by lbs but dosed once 30-45 minutes before bed. Hope that helps and i wish her the best.

that should work well, she can try 1 cap of the AM the first day just to make sure it doesn't bother her, but it shouldn't

For Lipo-Pm definitely make sure to start out with 1 cap and go from there. Sometimes when using 3 or 4 caps your sleep can be affected. The reason for this is that I have noticed your body's core temperature rises and its hard to fall into a deep sleep. You'll sleep light and more than likely end up feeling groggy when you wake up in the morning. Just a heads up!

my girl friend is about the same weight, she's 120. She takes 2 AM in the morning and another 2 around 5-6 hours later. For the PM she takes 2 before bed and it works very well for her. Try that, I'm sure she'll love it too!
