Neovar/Creatine

If i was to take neovar which is a creatine monohydrate/CEE im soppose to take it twice a day. When is the best time for me to take it during the day?

its best to take it post workout for one of the two. The other dose at whatever time is convenient, its best to take on an empty stomach then have a meal with at least 30g of carbs (maybe a good bit more depending on you) 15 minutes later.

I take my post workout dose right when I am done with the workout, go shower, and then have my post workout drink.

Make sure you get enough carbs in too, otherwise you can possibly get that hypoglycemic feeling.
