coming off a run of rpm/drive/igf-2 and wanted to get up a stack with supps different from what i've been on and a break from test boosting. will run for 8 weeks. please give me your input.

Everything looks pretty solid. I haven't heard too much about Blast but people swear by Poseidon and it appears that makes up the majority of Blast's complex. Only thing I would personally change is drop the Hemodraulix and replace it with some pure Bulk Beta Alanine (Beta Alanine isn't for the pump if thats what your looking for but the results are ten fold better than any NO booster.) Can't go wrong with the bulk BCAAs and NOW Adam is one hell of a multi.

i'm only halfway into 8 weeks now and i'm loving it. most noticable thing is my energy and feeling of well being. have a hard time not going to the gym every day when i used to have a hard time making myself go somedays. i think you would like it.

feeling any aggression? or strength increase? vascularity increase? those are what im really lookin for.

Would you say that the NOW Adam is the best multi available?

pumps 5
energy and focus 9
leaning effect 7

if you have done steroid/ph cycles and think this will replace them it won't. as a nha its very effective. for me it seems everything is balanced. no real bad sides or loss/overpowering sex drive with noticable improvement in the things listed above with exception of pumps which i wish were alittle better. i guess it depends on what you want to compare this stack too.

since ive never taken any supps i would be comparing it to just a natural WO. ya i wish those pumps were a little higher but overall i think i might invest in the stack

if you had the money add something like hemodralix preworkout. i think it would stack very well with the AN stuff. it is a costly stack but i'll do it again. if its your first real stack you will see a hugh improvement in your workouts.

my bro wants to add DTH, i dont think ill need a preWO if im taking this as it comes in a 2 bottle package and he wants to split it with me...my stack would be rpm/drive/DTH/maybe igf-2

ill look into that hemodralix tho maybe take that and forget about the test since i dont really NEED it


EDIT: ok i just looked it up and sounds pretty badass from what ive read. have you tried the hemodraulix?

what ive read. have you tried the hemodraulix?

i will be tring it for the first time in this new stack i'm planning. but it looks like a great pump maker without any stims which you would get from the rpm. i would say go with either the drive or dth. both might be over kill in my opinion. do you use a multi or creatine?

the only thing im currently taking is an equate multivitamin.
its got everything you need as far as vitamins and minerals go

if i were you i would leave off the igf-2 and try the hemodraulix. I think you would like the feeling in the gym from it. igf-2 works well but i don't think you really need it in your first stack. spend your money on creatine and protein instead. if you got nothing else you should have those two things in your stack. And #1 EAT WELL !

Some will disagree but NOW Adam has a great formulation.

That looks solid and very cost effective. Keep us posted on that one. I'm particularly interested in the hemodraulix and XF.
