im not sure if this is a stupid question or not, but in your pre and post workout protien shakes, can u mix in creatine (5g) and shake that in there too?
would it loose its affect?
or would it "desolve" or something? should i just keep taking them sep? (i take my creatine, wait about 20-30min and take my pro)


could you make protien shakes (just milk and 25g) and let them sit in the frig for a while? sometimes i forget my shake in the morning and drink it at night after my workout or the next day. is that ok?
