I took up too 4 servings of the powder at once and honestly eh. I love phenibut and feel real good on about 3g. I also feel real good the next day and am in a great mood. For me it was ok I stll have some left and maybe will try it again this weekend.

tried it about a year ago. Had the worst hangover of my life (this is on 2 doses). Slept form 11pm to 3pm. yeah that long! I didn't feel anything as I drank it. If you try it, your stomach has to be empty for effects come faster.

chewed 2 more tabs, 35minutes later. Had a beer at dinner. I have been asleep for the past 5 hours and still sleepy. No euphoria. This was like a benzo/anti-depressant cross. World of indifference, but not in a stimulating way. I had to leave the restaurant early and come home to sleep. Definitely less social, but no anxiety (but I don't really have any social anxiety). Talking to people became annoying, it's too bad too because I had started this conversation with a cute blonde waitress after I got out of the bathroom, but I decided I wanted nothing more than to sit down and chug water to get over this haze I was in.

I'll take less next time, those on 1fast that compared it to GHB are out of their mind, or lying.
