How can I lose excess water weight besides pills and cardio (Already doing cardio)? and will this interfere with muscles size or strength at all? Will it slow gains?
reduce sodium and carbs. also i am a big fan of HIIT cardio. also there is something called the sauna suit which might help. i use the solar belt sometimes and it works great at getting rid of water weight in the mid section.
