New to Fat Burners...

Well I've been working abs, cleaning up my diet, running/jogging/biking all for the elusive 6pack. I can see some minor definition standing, and definate definition when "crunching". So I figured seeing as how I have some extra cash why not try out a fat burner type product. I already have Lean Xtreme 2.0 from the NHA stack I bought and I figured I could stack that with something to try to see some impressive results.
I do light cardio 3x a week and lift 4-5x a week.
My diet is as good as I feel I can get it while being in college on a budget and being an EXTREMELY picky eater. Along with the fact that I have 1 vice in life, cookie dough icecream and unfortunately I will never give that up...ever.

I have little knowledge of fatburners as I've always been trying to bulk up. I would like something that wont kill my appetite or have me stim'd up so I cant sleep at night. My ultimate goal is to maintain weight give or take a few lbs but increase my "cut" look and vascularity. Thanks for the suggestions.

First off if you are serious about losing weight you will give up the ice cream no matter what. Getting into shape isn't easy and is all about sacrifice. If it was easy everyone would be in shape. Back on topic tho go with the leviathan reloaded best thermogenic on the market period. Hope that helps!

I also will recommend DCP...when you say you will never give up cookie dough icecream does that mean you eat it everyday?

wow you guys are halarious!!! ahahah

and to bolt no i dont eat ice cream every day, but i will say is that out of my diet that is my only "cheat" snack/meal whatever you want to classify it as. I have never been fat, always "super skinny kid" till i started lifting and eating healthy.

I will Look into DCP and Leviathan Reloaded, I actually have a sample of LR in my desk but Im popping enough pills as it is. I dont want to strictly lose weight as I am the biggest ive ever been, id like to gain muscle+burn fat but seeing as how thats virtually impossible id like to keep muscle+burn fat

Keep the suggestions coming baby!

alrite cool yea i figured it was something like that. Cuz i truly love cookie dough ice cream and its one of my favorite unclean foods...

Good luck with your goals and definitely look into the LR/DCP combo as every1 i have seen who used it loved it.

The DCP is a non stim fat burner. It was actually designed to help keep fat off from the OCCASIONAL cheat meal. It won't keep you up at night. It also stacks well with the Levi Reloaded.

Reloaded is a mild stim and has never made me sick, gave me haedaches or kept me up at night. That would be the best combo I think.

As far as food goes. If you can't eat as much as you like due to being picky, I would supplement with shakes. Buy the RTD ones if you have to so you can just grab and go. Obviously real food is better, but realisticly if you cant do it, its better to do that and get results.

Chicken, fish, sweet potatoes, egg whites, rice, oatmeal, natty peanut butter...do you like any of this? If so just find a way to eat more of theses things.

Good luck!!

I like green tea and venom +cardio on an empty stomach or windsprints for leaning out. Just keep the ice cream to once a week or so. Venom suppresses the hell out of my appetite and makes dieting much easier.
