My R4W thoughts?

Anyways I have this friend who works in a lab.........

Just kidding, This stuff gets my vote. I workout at 4am, I have to be at work at 7am and I have 3 toddlers at home, so no chance getting out after I get off work. I take three pre-work out. It really seems to be helping a lot. I am not running around like a mad man, not at 4am, but I do notice it keeps me motivated and I seem to have more strength. I also seem to be sweating more too. Right now I am staying at three, it seems to upset my stomach a little. Once my stomach gets use to it I'll bump it up to four. :cheers:
