| Registered User | Curling pyramids Some people at my gym like to do "pyramids" I dont know if you call them something different or not but, they usually do this while on cable curls. Start at one weight, do 10 reps, then lower it a plate each time until down to an easy weight then go back to where they started 10 reps at a time. Do you think this would be more effective than just 3x10 at a decent weight |
