if you're under 18 you're probably eating like **** and not working out right
dial your diet in, and find someone experienced to train with,
you have enough hormones and testosterone flowing through you cus of puberty you don't need anything more than protein shakes
once you hit a wall, then move on to more serious supps
well actually i eat great and clean and i know how to workout!
ive been running track and ever since i started track my strength has been at a standstill after i was progressing very nicely... so im basically turining this into a cut and wanted something that will help keep my strength for about 6 weeks...
