Being that i have plenty of time on my hands with a looming hernia surgery monday, i was putting together stacks of supplements. The one i had the hardest time making was one for during my football season. The season lasts from august til mid september and during that time a ton of punishment is put on my body. What supplements aid in soreness and recovery? Can any help in preventing muscle pulls? Can any supplements help with preventing broken bones aside from milk? (Broke my thumb and jaw within 6 days last season). I really just wana be able to make it through a season. any help????
