| Gold Member | Rccomended dosage for glycine post w/o? I have heard that glycine has a calming effect on the nervous system, and helps cns recovery. I use stims pre but work out late at night, so something that calms and assists recovery will be a good thing for me. Does anyone here use glycine for recovery, and at what dosage? Again, I am particularly interested in it for the calming effect. |
