Is 7-Keto DHEA good to take? With regular DHEA or alone? Does 7-Keto raise serum DHEA-S levels?

7 keto is used to suppress cortisol levels, doesn't effect your test/estro. levels

yes this is true. it used to be banned by Most Natural Bodybuilding federations; however it has been allowed since last year in Natty Bbing.

don't take dhea, 7-keto is fine to take though, u may have to manipulate the dosage and figure out what works for you
