Just an FYI, no herbal test booster on this planet will cause a 500% increase in testosterone (not even 300% unless you are so low that a 300% increase still keeps you on the med/low side), sh*t no legal supplement on earth will do that. Also protodiocin has no effect on LH levels. There are other active in the tribulus plant that is reponsible for the LH increase.

Long Jack will increase DHEA at the correct dose of the right exract.

Im really tired of companies coming out with these products with BS write ups promising things that they know will never happen for the consumer then ultimatly giving ingredients like tribulus and long jack a bad rep.....or just throwing a bunch of pubmed quotes in the write up and now that all of a sudden makes the product effective.

...and you cannot increase your penis size on any supplement. You may get stronger erections and thicker erections but herbal sup. dont increase penis size, as in "grow" your penis.

I have tried and wasted money on LongJack and Tribulus from the best companies and still all I felt was an increase of libido. Long Jack and tribulus extracts no matter how pure they are do not do much but make you horny , I am too tired of companies preying on newbies and pimping these cheap herbal extracts, now there is FADOGIA, AVENA and AVENA SATIVA which are a lot better than Tribulus and LongJack extracts that is why they are more expensive and hard to find.

If these herbal extracts increase penis size then they will be illegal/banned already.

I really like 95% Avenacosides. There is some limited research, but the real world feedback has been positive with the pure avenacosides.

Seriously thought I thought the extract Avenacosides is what one needs to look for on an Avena Sative product unless I am confusing it with another product.

I also read you need the stem extract from Fadogia but there is not much info outhere to support this, how about Nettle Root extract? Is it better than LongJack and Tribulus?

The Divanil (3,4-divaniltertahydrofuran) extract of nettle is the best for increasing free test but it will have little effect on total test.

Fadogia needs high dosing to be effective (but it seems to be very effective when used this way)

Longjack has a couple studies showing an increase in total test.

Tribulus is worthless when it comes to increasing testosterone and when used in humans.

There is very little science to show a benefit for Avena when increasing test.

Maca is useless for increasing test or free test in humans.

Tribulus Terrestris
