Hello all, new here so please forgive if I approach this wrong. Have read thru a ton of posts and have gained great info from many, so thanks already.
When is the best time to apply Napalm? Before/after workout, shower etc...(to the abs, thighs)
Other than keeping those calories in check, is there anything else recommended? Extra water, etc.
How many days in a row should it be used, or is it better to alternate?
