Thanks, guess people took the assume Im dumb part pretty literally. lol.I dont know if anybody has ever seen the screen name lozgod anywhere but here, then Im pretty sure hes got the basics of diet, sleep, and training down. hes just looking for suggestions for a non hormonal/non-AI stack.
