Fenugreek for pct?

I've seen many messages recommending Fenugreek for PCT but reading about it says it increases breast milk in women & increases prolactin. Wouldn't this mean it's not good to use? Many feel that raised prolactin levels can lead to gyno.

search a little it takes some time, but there are a few good threads (i'd post them, but I just took venom lean dreams 30 min,so im about to go to bed), anyhow I LOVE FENUGREEK!! Everyones different but for me it REALLY does increase the size of your balls I dose at 6 grams.You only take it for 3 weeks then you have to take a week of because it becomes completely ineffective otherwise. LJ100, Protodioscin, and Vitex are all SUPERIOR to Fenugreek for increasing total and free testosterone.

Ive taken fenugreek many times before usually for about 2-4 weeks at a time, its good stuff. The idea behind it is that it raises "good estrogen" levels and to compensate the male body produces more testosterone to balance endogenous hormones.
 
It was popular a few years back on here. People were including it in their pct stacks. There was a lot of speculation about whether or not it could contribute to gyno.

i was taking it after a 19 weeker of Test and EQ with a 3 week superdrol bookend and it made my nips very sensitive. once I stopped the fen the symptoms stopped. I aborted the gyno symptoms with raloxifene shortly thereafter.
