Glucosamine/MSM on liver & kidneys
Does anybody know if Glucosamine/MSM is hard on your Liver and Kidneys. I've been getting conflicting info.

The reason I ask is because I had a blood test and the results came back irregular for my kidneys and liver. I've had to stop taking everything except a muti vitamin.

well, if I take any pill, i make sure I drink lots and lots of water...I hear it is a lot easier on you if you do.
