I always know when I wake up with that burning feeling in my sinuses, feeling kinda achy all over... I am in for a lousy workout. I try to force myself to keep going, but usually too "shaky" to get any good pumps. Its frustrating.
Anyone else have similar problems? Have you found any supplements (or medications) that help without making you drowsy?
