What's been effective at continuing the gains in between PH oral cycles, other than creatine, protein, and continued good training. What I'm asking is, is there any benefit to a taking a product after completing post cycle therapy and time off in between starting the next oral cycle. I'm looking for suggestions that won't impede the start of the next cycle but was wondering if there was any product that assisted in making gains in between cycles. Right now I don't do anything in between but was wondering what some of you guys do and if you've found something that gives you a bump waiting for the next oral PH cycle.

Should have been more specific, goals would be
1. Continuing increases in LBM
2. Perhaps some bodyfat reduction but nothing caffeine based, I'm allergic. Nothing that would jack up
blood pressure.
3. Assists with recuperation so that workouts are more productive
4. Assists with strength increases
