X-Factor 2 packages (1 cycle) - AA will signal brain to repair muscles
Bulk BCAA - foundation to muscle repair, + L-Leucine notifies the brain there's enough protein to rebuild
Cytosport Whey - duh (I'm done with ON - they can keep raising their prices and I could give a sh.t - oh, and cytosport mixes better)
Clout or SizeON - a lot of good things, but I like the creatine profile of both
Bulk creatine mono + dextrose + waxy maize - nothing better than the original (flame away champs) - the wms and dextrose are for delivery.
Instant oats - not really a suppliment, but I'd blend it into every protein shake I make if I'm trying to get big - eat big.. get big - capiche?
stay away from fish oil, cissus, CLA, NSAIDs if you're on x-factor -- check back after 50 days of this cycle and 10 - 15 lbs and I'll tell you what to do next.
Just some real advice: none of this is a a magic pill in a bottle, you MUST put in the time in the gym. If you're on x-factor - you WILL be sore and it WONT be fun -- except when everyone starts trashing you for juicin cuz they're jealous. If you don't feel sore - you aint doin it right - In that case, go ask one of the bros at the gym or a trainer to help you train.
