That is the standard recommendation, but I believe a lot of the positivetests used a higher dose than that.
So 2 caps 3 times a day with food? Stacking it with EPA/DHA and then my normal stack/
I had good results with 3g in the morning and 3g with my bedtime protein shake!
I dose at 6-9 depending on whether I forget to take it or not
You may want to experiment with a higher dosage if you are using it for fat loss, or use in conjunction with some other supplements it might have synergy with.
What is your purpose for taking it?
