Foods w/ AP?

What are good carb sources to take in, in large amounts, with Anabolic Pump? I realize the dex/malto/wms are good, but those are only PWO for me. So let's hear them...
Bananas? Wheat bread? Wheat pasta?
 
Anything that is a good source of slow digesting complex carbs. Oats, whole wheat/grain bread, WW/WG pasta, rice, ect.

Thanks for the suggestions guys

np man my personal fave combo is oats if i work out two hours after eating...or ill use a mix of oats and cheerios if i'm working out 1-1.5 hours after eating
