What are good carb sources to take in, in large amounts, with? I realize the dex/malto/wms are good, but those are only PWO for me. So let's hear them...
Bananas? Wheat bread? Wheat pasta?
Anything that is a good source of slow digesting complex carbs. Oats, whole wheat/grain bread, WW/WG pasta, rice, ect.
